Vista is a housing development in eastern Ipswich, off of Woodbridge Road. The developer of the land was Chrest Nicholson.
Construction of the estate was approved in 2007, and work started the same year. Before redevelopment, the land was the abandoned Hayhill Allotments, and the Woodbridge Road driving test centre.
The first phase of the development consisted of terraced houses and flats. The largest building in the first phase was the Hayhill Castle, a 4-storey block of flats. The first phase also has green space at the top of Bramley Hill, with pedestrian access to Haslemere Drive.
